David studied Fine Arts in his hometown, Seville, specializing in painting. After his studies he won some painting prizes and made some exhibitions, but after a few months of scholarship in Italy he started working as a graphic and web designer in an advertising studio for 13 years, the last 7 (since 2011) also doing work as illustrator and comic book artist for the same studio in the publication "Viñetas Cofrades", together with several other authors, making the special issue of this collection on the "Cristo de Medinaceli" de Madrid alone. He participated in the comic "¡Vamos Campeón! La leyenda del Sevilla Fútbol Club en Europa!". Left the studio in mid-2016 to concentrate on becoming a professional comic artist in the foreign market. He was work like an inker Superb #11  and #12 for Lionforge. His last work is four-issue miniseries series called Orville for Dark Horse Comics.
